Custom commissions may require additional time and estimated timelines will be provided before purchase.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship worldwide and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Packaging
Every piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. Original artworks are shipped in sturdy, protective packaging, while prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size.
Domestic Orders (U.S.)
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
Larger artworks may require special freight or handling and details will be provided if applicable.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7 to 21 business days.
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your return or exchange options.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely received.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Custom Commissions
Custom artwork is final sale. A 50 percent deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due before shipment. No refunds or cancellations are available once work has started.
