PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-3 days.
Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via [insert your carrier of choice here]. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

OUR RETURN POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS.
IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we will replace or refund your order free of charge. We want to make it right with you! We have a great track record but sometimes a mistake can happen at the print shop. Please save the original box/packaging and send pictures of the damaged items to email@example.com and we’ll investigate the situation and see what happened.
Each item is printed to order and unfortunately, if we have already printed out your item we have to recoup the cost, therefore only defective/damaged items are eligible for exchanges or returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Soap products are not eligible for returns.
