All orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom commissions may require additional time, and estimated timelines will be provided before purchase.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

 

Packaging

Every piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.

• Original artworks are shipped in sturdy, protective packaging.

• Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size.

 

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Larger artworks may require special freight or handling, and details will be provided if applicable.

 

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7–21 business days.
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local customs office for details.

 

Returns & Exchanges

⚠️ Returns are only eligible for damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

All other sales are final and non-returnable.
There are no returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return conditions:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been safely received and inspected.

 

Custom Commissions

Custom artwork is final sale.
A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
No refunds or cancellations are available once work has started.
